Late Fees

Late fees are incurred the first day following the invoice due date.  The late fee is a one-time charge of 10% of the total invoice amount due.
Because the recurring payment in PayPal does not include the late fee; you will need to make a one-time payment for the late fees.  If payment is not received by the third day after the invoice due date, service will be suspended. (You will receive email reminders for the overdue invoice as well as an email about the suspension of the service)  If the total invoice is paid before day 5, service will reactivate automatically.
If the total invoice is not paid by day 5, service will be terminated.  If this occurs, once the invoice is paid in full, you will need to send a support ticket to have service restored.
