We here at A1 ProMedia are striving to provide our customers with their best streaming experience. We work continuously to provide content of interest to our customer base. However, with the current climate due to the pandemic, we have incurred some additional costs in order to continue providing excellent service.
Unfortunately, we will have to pass a portion of these costs to our customers. Beginning on February 1, 2022, there will be a $2.50 per month subscription increase.
We understand that everyone is experiencing the effects brought on by the pandemic and we truly didn't want to pass these costs to you, but in order to continue to provide excellent service, we will have to increase our pricing.
